Getting Started

I have never really ever done anything in the way of family history, but you can always start somewhere. In my case, I have a disc that I received from my Aunt Linda that has almost 80,000 names on it. This is all on my mother's side of the family. So where do I start, I am not sure, but I hope over the next couple months as I am taking a class on finding my family history I can find a niche that I fit into.
